Graceful Beginnings Childbirth Class
Personalized childbirth education with the heart of a doula — preparing you for labor, postpartum, and everything in between.
Whether you’re giving birth at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, your experience should feel informed, peaceful, and empowering. I bring more than 14 years of professional birth work plus the personal wisdom of my own childbearing journey — including home births and postpartum recovery. I know firsthand what it’s like to prepare for birth, navigate the unexpected, and adjust to life with a newborn.
This is not a one-size-fits-all class. Each session is tailored to you — your birth location, your preferences, your partner’s role, and your values. If you wish, I can also weave in faith-based encouragement, scripture, and prayer to strengthen your heart and mind for the journey ahead.
