Who is Jenette ?

Hi, I’m Jenette, a wife and mother of seven. I’m honored to be someone you can trust during one of the most sacred moments of your life. I truly understand the strength, courage, and deep love that birth brings because I’ve lived it myself.

What led me into birth work was my own experience of bringing my children into the world. Becoming a mother showed me firsthand how powerful, vulnerable, and transformative birth is and how deeply women need calm, informed, and loving support throughout the entire journey.

Before stepping fully into birth work, I became a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years, which taught me the importance of hands-on, gentle, holistic care. Those skills, nurturing, attentive, and creating a peaceful environment, naturally carried over into my work as a doula.

With over 12 years of experience as a Full-Spectrum Birth Doula, I later pursued continued education to become a Childbirth Educator and Lactation Counselor, expanding my ability to support mothers and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My training as a Medical Assistant also gives me a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, which enhances the care and guidance I provide.

I believe in holistic care, supporting the whole mother and family physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I honor personal autonomy, informed decision-making, and each family’s unique birth choices. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you with compassion and confidence, wherever and however you choose to give birth.

Home Births

I provide nurturing preparation, steady support, and calm guidance to help you create a peaceful and empowered birth environment for you and your family.

I also support partners and loved ones, helping them feel confident, involved, and prepared so the entire birth team feels unified and supported.

Every birth I attend is approached with reverence and prayer. My goal is to be a steady, grounded presence, helping you find peace, strength, and clarity no matter how your birth unfolds.

I offer both virtual and in-person doula services, ensuring families receive compassionate, personalized care wherever they are.

After birth, I remain by your side with breastfeeding support, newborn care guidance, emotional check-ins, and gentle postpartum care. You don’t have to walk any part of this journey alone.
