Explore common medical interventions, alternatives, and how informed consent applies in both hospital and out-of-hospital births.
Unit 5 Postpartum Planning, Recovery & Infant feeding Options
Prepare for the postpartum period with realistic recovery planning and education on feeding options based on your goals and circumstances.

This in-depth class integrates labor preparation, birth planning and informed consent (Units 3 & 4), and postpartum and newborn care (Units 5 & 6). Content is fully customized to your birth plan, whether hospital-based or out-of-hospital.
